This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the positioning and messaging for Prophecy from start to finish: define what it is, identify its target audience, clarify its unique value, and explain its relevance at this moment. Convert technical concepts (real-time settlement, AI resolution, agentic liquidity) into compelling, defensible narratives suitable for traders, builders, and partners.
• Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for every Prophecy launch: including mainnet milestones, new market segments, agent integrations, partner activations, and token/incentive initiatives. Lead cross-functional launch teams that cover product, engineering, communications, growth, design, and business development.
• Establish and manage the marketing roadmap for Prophecy in close collaboration with product and community leaders. Organize launches, campaigns, and content in a way that each element builds upon the previous one rather than competing for attention.
• Expand the audience. Create and implement ongoing programs that increase Prophecy's base of qualified builders.
• Oversee competitive intelligence. Keep a continuous assessment of the competitive landscape to effectively differentiate and position Prophecy.
• Conduct customer and market research. Engage with traders, builders, and key opinion leaders consistently. Incorporate insights back into the product roadmap, pricing, and creative strategies.
• Create and produce engaging content that captures attention in the web3 space: including launch threads, long-form research articles, explainer videos, dashboards, KOL kits, conference materials, and AMA narratives. The standard for quality is “screenshot-worthy on CT,” not just “completed.”
• Collaborate with communications on high-profile press, podcast appearances, and thought leadership. Ensure Prophecy is featured in the publications and shows that resonate with the target audience.
• Measure everything. Establish the key performance indicators that matter and manage the weekly reporting process. Eliminate what isn't effective and focus on what works.
• Act as the internal channel partner leader. Inform channel owners about the Prophecy narrative, ensuring that every channel delivers consistent, on-message activations even in your absence.
• Minimum of 5 years in product marketing, with at least 2 years dedicated to a consumer-facing web3 product (such as prediction markets, derivatives DEX, perpetuals, options, equities trading, or fintech targeting traders).
• Crypto-native. You possess a wallet, understand on-chain user experience, differentiate between a CLOB and an AMM, can interpret token incentive designs, and have successfully launched at least one Web3 product to market.
• Proven history of managing launches from inception to completion. Be prepared to discuss 2-3 launches in detail: including the underlying thesis, strategic decisions, metrics, and reflections on what could have been improved.
• Strong narrative skills. You can distill a 40-page technical specification into a concise 280-character hook that resonates with builders. Writing samples will be requested.
• Data-driven mindset. Comfortable with numerical analysis, you approach each campaign with hypotheses and independently interpret the data rather than relying on analytics reports.
• Operationally inclined. You are a doer, not just a manager. You draft briefs, write threads, edit presentations, and pursue assets. You thrive in ambiguous situations and resist unnecessary processes.
• Cross-functional influence. You can maintain alignment on a launch narrative while engaging with founders, product leads, designers, and business development without losing focus. You hold strong opinions, loosely held, clearly articulated.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills. This role involves communication through Notion, Slack, X, and calls with international partners.
• Receive competitive compensation alongside token incentives.
• Enjoy the flexibility of remote work within a global team.
