Talent Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct 100-120 outbound calls each day to potential candidates, providing information about available job openings.

• Communicate role requirements clearly and effectively, addressing candidate inquiries with professionalism and compassion.

• Keep precise records of calls and candidate feedback for future follow-up and reporting.

• Enhance your communication abilities through hands-on experience and continuous training.

• Acquire skills to present opportunities in a professional manner and engage candidates in significant discussions, boosting both your interpersonal and career development skills.
