This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Assist the TA Partner by posting, updating, and managing job listings on designated job boards and specialized sites.

• Ensure the accuracy of job postings, candidate communications, FAQs, and nurturing content.

• Oversee and enhance the TA presence on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and additional recruiting channels.

• Provide daily assistance to the TA Partner with various TA responsibilities.

• Coordinate ongoing TA marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team.

• Monitor social media platforms and promptly address candidate inquiries in a professional and brand-consistent manner.

• Support the TA team by collecting pricing details, vendor information, and job board specifics.

• Keep organized records, templates, tracking documents, and posting libraries for the TA Team.

• Generate basic reports on TA performance metrics, such as clicks, applications, and source effectiveness.

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, marketing coordination, recruiting support, employer branding, or a similar field.

• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to answer inquiries in a professional, friendly manner.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Comfortable operating in a support-focused role while adhering to established processes and priorities.

• Knowledge of social media platforms, job boards, and fundamental digital marketing concepts.

• Willingness to learn new systems and tools, including ATS/CRM platforms, social media management applications, and reporting dashboards.

• Proficient in basic reporting and tracking using spreadsheets or similar tools.

• Experience in supporting recruitment, customer service, contact centers, or candidate-facing roles is an advantage.
