Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee creator management and influencer portfolios.

• Assist talent in enhancing their platform visibility and obtaining brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, encompassing both emerging and established influencers.

• Establish and cultivate relationships with brands and agencies to secure talent for campaigns.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Create content strategies tailored for clients.

• Leverage in-house tools and expertise to support creators in their careers and monetization efforts.

• Collaborate with internal teams on strategy and the expansion of Grail’s talent roster.

• Operate independently and remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Knowledge of major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work independently and pursue your own objectives.

• Determination to hustle and accomplish tasks effectively.

• Experience in talent management, social media influencing, sales, or marketing agencies is advantageous.
