This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement and oversee the delivery of the Workday roadmap as defined by HR Leadership.
• Take charge of the configuration and enhancement of Workday HCM Core, Talent, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting modules.
• Manage the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Workday business processes, security roles, calculated fields, EIBs, reports, and dashboards.
• Set up governance for Workday configuration, establish documentation standards, and manage release processes.
• Direct Workday configuration requests, enhancements, global projects, rollouts, upgrades, and the implementation of new modules.
• Facilitate the gathering of requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and lead configuration design sessions and user acceptance testing.
• Act as a liaison among HRIS, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), IT/Integrations, and external partners.
• Convert business requirements into scalable configurations within Workday.
• Provide stakeholders with solution options, associated risks, and recommendations.
• Assist in change management and communications regarding new Workday features and processes.
• Offer functional guidance and training to HR teams, managers, and end users.
• Supervise Workday support operations, address complex issues, and manage vendor escalations.
• Uphold global data standards, conduct audits, implement controls, ensure GDPR compliance, maintain data accuracy, align job architecture, and manage system security.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure secure and reliable integrations along with optimal system performance.
• Mentor and develop HRIS analysts while managing their workload, performance, and skill enhancement.
• A degree or relevant certification or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of experience with Workday.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration across multiple modules.
• Extensive functional expertise in various Workday areas, particularly Advanced Compensation and Talent.
• Proven success in leading Workday configuration projects within a global context.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Experience in managing, mentoring, or leading Workday analysts.
• Proficiency with Workday HCM, Talent, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting modules.
• High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday reporting; familiarity with BIRT is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow systems.
• Understanding of Workday Extend and Orchestrations.
• Workday Pro Certifications in HCM, Advanced Compensation, or Talent are preferred.
