This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision for capacity development across the network of partners and legal service providers.

• Provide oversight and direction to instructional designers, content developers, community of practice specialists, writers, editors, and subject matter experts.

• Lead and execute training and technical assistance strategies for legal services, including a comprehensive training plan.

• Ensure that learning and development deliverables are produced on time and meet high-quality standards.

• Utilize adult learning theories and artificial intelligence to develop engaging and interactive learning materials.

• Identify knowledge gaps along with training and technical assistance requirements.

• Maintain and enhance staff orientation training resources.

• Oversee the development of products related to legal services training and technical assistance.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and partners to facilitate training and technical assistance.

• Create internal and external communication strategies in partnership with the Communication Lead.

• Work alongside the technology team on training initiatives and learning platforms.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience, managing a task or service area that includes personnel and deliverables in a project or contract environment.

• At least 3 years of demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners for capacity-building projects.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with national training and technical assistance to enhance the capacity of a specific subject area or profession.

• Preferred experience in project management and instructional design.

• Background in applying race equity, diversity, and inclusion or social justice strategies within human service contexts.

• Working knowledge of the challenges faced by refugees, immigrants, and asylees.

• Experience in a refugee program setting.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

• Proficiency in managing competing priorities, perspectives, and stakeholder requirements.

• Exceptional skills in project management, particularly in technical assistance project management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to adapt quickly to rapid changes and reprioritize tasks as necessary.

• Commitment to promoting and contributing to an equitable and inclusive organizational culture.

• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
