Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively seek and curate top-tier creative talents (editors, designers, strategists, UGC creators, etc.)

• Conduct preliminary screening calls to evaluate skill sets, cultural compatibility, and communication abilities

• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline for both current and upcoming project requirements

• Collaborate closely with Creative Leadership to pinpoint talent shortages and prioritize hiring needs

• Hold briefing calls with prospective talent to thoroughly outline project deliverables, set expectations, and align on creative objectives to guarantee high-quality, on-brand results that enhance performance

• Oversee and refine the entire talent acquisition process, from outreach to onboarding

• Utilize spreadsheets to organize and monitor talent pools

• Conduct quality control and quality assurance on submitted content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines, creative standards, and campaign goals prior to final submission

• Stay informed on trends within the creative industry and talent benchmarks

• Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all prospective candidates

• Utilize platforms such as Casting Networks, Billo, Fiverr, Upwork, and other sourcing tools to locate high-quality talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Talent Manager, Creative Recruiter, or a comparable position

• Demonstrated success in recognizing and recruiting top creative talent

• Comfortable and self-assured during calls with candidates

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Experience collaborating with creative teams

• Capability to evaluate soft skills, cultural fit, and creative potential

• Familiarity with creative portfolios, reels, and case studies

• Knowledge of sourcing platforms such as Casting Networks, Billo, Fiverr, Upwork, etc.
