Talent Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster a culture of continuous performance management by creating resources, tools, and best practices within Workday to assist managers and employees throughout the performance cycle.

• Act as the learning administrator, utilizing the Percipio/Skillsoft LMS platform to enhance employee development and learning initiatives.

• Develop and design toolkits, job aids, and communications to encourage employee development and engagement, while facilitating training evaluation through metrics tracking.

• Aid in succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential (HiPo) development initiatives by maintaining accurate data and using tools within Workday to support strategic talent decisions.

• Contribute to organizational design efforts by generating resources and tools for HRBPs to implement organizational enhancements that improve operational efficiency and team engagement.

• Oversee and implement daily talent management processes, ensuring timely execution of initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR experience with an emphasis on Talent Management functions.

• Proven experience in Performance Management, Learning and Development, Succession Planning, or Organizational Effectiveness.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Workday HCM, particularly in talent management modules.

• Experience in the administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).

• Background in project management with the capability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

• A growth mindset and proactive approach to learning, open to feedback, and dedicated to continuous improvement.

• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

• Must be able to pass the required background check.
