HR Process Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Talent, Total Rewards, and other Centers of Excellence (CoEs) as needed to translate global process designs into scalable standards.

• Take ownership of the complete lifecycle execution for designated global HR processes.

• Establish and uphold governance for the assigned processes.

• Work in partnership with the Workday Solutions Architect, IT, HR Shared Services, and Data & Application teams.

• Propel ongoing process optimization initiatives driven by comprehensive customer insights.

• Create and sustain process assets, including Standard Work, knowledge resources, training materials, and job aids.

• Lead vendor management efforts, encompassing performance oversight and resolution of issues.

• Design and implement communication and change management strategies.

• Define and track process performance metrics, such as KPIs and service outcomes.

• Advocate for the Voice of the Customer by incorporating stakeholder feedback into actionable improvement recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or a minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR Operations.

• Bilingual proficiency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate across global and regional stakeholder groups.

• Expertise in processes, with a proven track record of managing the complete end-to-end lifecycle.

• Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level collaboration with CoEs, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.

• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma).

• Strong analytical abilities, with experience in developing and presenting process performance reports to senior stakeholders.

• Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS platform.
