Senior International HRBP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as a senior HR authority on intricate employee relations (ER) issues.

• Offer practical, solution-oriented advice on high-stakes and sensitive situations.

• Confidently navigate complex local legal regulations.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and Oyster clients.

• Create country-specific content covering a wide array of HR subjects.

• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance HR documentation processes.

• Address HR inquiries that cannot be resolved by our Lifecycle Operations teams.

• Provide training on HR topics to internal Oyster teams as required.

• Regularly assess and improve workflows.

• Responsibly harness AI to maximize individual productivity.

• Examine recurring ticket patterns to pinpoint systemic challenges.

• Lead People Services and cross-departmental initiatives.

• Extensive employee relations knowledge across various countries.

• Over 6 years of experience in ER and HR generalist roles.

• Experience in cross-country HR with a strong global perspective.

• Culturally sensitive, with a detailed understanding of local HR practices.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of clarifying complex employment issues.

• Focused on solutions and commercially aware.

• Proficient in stakeholder engagement.
