This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Send tailored outbound brand outreach emails daily using templates and Affinity CRM.
β’ Conduct systematic follow-ups every 2β3 business days for those who do not respond.
β’ Track and manage brand and deal pipelines within Affinity (including status, stages, and communications).
β’ Respond promptly to incoming RFPs and brand inquiries.
β’ Create targeted brand outreach lists organized by vertical and category.
β’ Assist with contract workflows: redlining according to the pod's guidelines, version tracking, and storage; collaborate with Greenroom (third-party legal) for final contract review.
β’ Oversee and monitor brand campaign deliverables (content, demos, links) and ensure client and brand satisfaction after deals are closed.
β’ Help with invoicing and deal documentation processes.
β’ Update CRM tools (Affinity, CreatorIQ, Airtable) with deal statuses and pipeline information.
β’ Coordinate schedules for creator calls, brand meetings, and internal pod syncs.
β’ Manage the inbox by filtering, drafting templated replies, and performing follow-ups as necessary.
β’ Arrange and coordinate team and client travel and gifting.
β’ Assist in maintaining the content calendar and scheduling uploads.
β’ Participate in daily pod stand-ups and take comprehensive meeting notes.
β’ Generate daily and weekly pod status reports.
β’ Provide on-demand operational support as required by pod leadership.
β’ Compile social media and content performance analytics upon request.
β’ Maintain creator profiles, internal rosters, and deal tracking spreadsheets.
β’ Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness; this team operates swiftly.
β’ Outstanding written communication skills β excellent grammar, clear messaging, and attention to detail.
β’ Highly organized and process-oriented β capable of managing high-volume tasks without oversight.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to independently solve problems.
β’ Steady demeanor β remains composed when challenges arise.
β’ Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
β’ Familiarity with Affinity CRM, CreatorIQ, or Airtable is a plus.
β’ Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or the digital creator economy.
β’ Knowledge of sponsorship structures on social media platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.) and brand deal frameworks.
β’ Background in supporting a high-volume outreach function (such as sales, partnerships, or similar roles).
