This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Assist in the complete recruitment process from start to finish
β’ Support onboarding procedures for new employees
β’ Aid in the management of HR data
β’ Ensure that HR information remains current and accurate
β’ Provide administrative support for the HR Self-Service system
β’ Generate various HR reports, including monthly headcount statistics
β’ Prepare presentation materials for reports
β’ Maintain the HR calendar
β’ Conduct various audits of HR data
β’ Draft COE for each request
β’ Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned periodically
β’ University student, preferably with an internship requirement
β’ Genuine interest in human resources management, HR data, and analytics, or similar fields
β’ Eagerness to learn about recruitment, HR data management, headcount planning, and legal requirements
β’ Strong attention to detail
β’ Organized and meticulous, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
β’ Excellent problem-solving abilities, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills
