Talent Management Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist our top-performing Talent Managers in executing campaigns from inception to completion, managing daily communications with brands, agencies, and creators.

• Perform market research and identify new partnerships with creators and brands.

• Provide support on various daily assignments from Talent Managers – must be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure prompt and professional communication between brand clients and creators.

• Manage invoicing and coordinate with our accounting team to ensure timely payments are received.

• Engage in client calls to learn from and gain insights from experienced managers.

• Oversee campaigns and maintain accurate records in our CRM, ensuring all contracts, payment information, and campaign specifics are documented.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an internship or full-time position within a related field.

• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently and adapt to varying demands with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.

• A dedicated follower of the creator economy, with a solid understanding of social media trends and influencer dynamics.
