This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the entire recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles.
β’ Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify hiring requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
β’ Identify, assess, interview, and recommend suitable candidates.
β’ Communicate benefits, compensation packages, total rewards, and performance management details to applicants.
β’ Ensure a positive experience for applicants, candidates, and employees.
β’ Conduct training sessions for Hiring Managers through lunch-and-learns, Zoom meetings, and one-on-one interactions.
β’ Manage the Recruitment Module within the HRIS, ensuring compliance with legal standards and adherence to company policies and procedures.
β’ Independently prioritize and manage a variety of responsibilities.
β’ Monitor process efficiency, including the time taken to fill positions.
β’ Guarantee timely disposition of applicants.
β’ Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
β’ Maintain consistency, attention to detail, and precision in administrative tasks.
β’ Provide prompt follow-up and follow-through.
β’ Offer limited HR generalist support as necessary.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and professional experience.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for technical, IT, engineering, and professional roles.
β’ Proven success in filling complex and challenging technical positions.
β’ Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other candidate sourcing tools.
β’ Skilled in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
β’ Ability to adapt to various Hiring Manager styles and foster trusted partnerships.
β’ Capable of screening candidates, conducting interviews, and identifying the best-fit candidates.
β’ Experience with ATS systems; familiarity with the ADP Recruitment module is an advantage.
β’ Background in HR generalist support, including process documentation, training, presentation development and delivery, and process improvement initiatives.
β’ Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities.
β’ Strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
β’ A mindset focused on continuous improvement and a passion for learning.
β’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.
β’ Preferred: Masterβs degree in Human Resources or a related field.
β’ Preferred: Professional HR certification, such as PHR or SHRM-CP.
β’ Preferred: Practical experience with ADP Workforce, especially the Recruitment Module.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with DocuSign.
β’ Preferred: Project management skills and/or certification.
β’ Preferred: Experience in higher education, nonprofit, or member-driven environments.
β’ Preferred: Advanced sourcing capabilities for niche and unicorn positions.
β’ Preferred: Experience in reporting on HR recruitment metrics and compliance data.
β’ Preferred: Comfort with leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies.
