This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary system administrator for the Cornerstone platform (Learning & Performance)
• Create user and administrator accounts while ensuring proper access levels are maintained
• Resolve system administration issues and related tasks
• Address data feed problems
• Add or modify entities within the system
• Test and debug web-based training modules
• Configure and manage dynamic groups, learning assignments, large-scale course deployments, and curricula
• Evaluate functionality in new releases and assist clients with the enablement and implementation of new features
• Develop new or revise existing performance review tasks, competencies, competency models, competency assessments, development plans, and observation checklists
• Produce standard reports and create both ad-hoc and recurring system reports
• Oversee and enhance learning programs within the LMS
• Manage content including online course uploads, ILT onsite class enrollment, curriculum development, and other training management tasks
• Offer clients recommendations for optimizing the platform
• Comprehend, document, and effectively communicate business processes to clients and internal teams
• Act as a liaison between clients and technical resources
• Provide training to other administrators on Cornerstone Learning and Performance functionalities and system processes
• Analyze clients' configuration designs and suggest improvements
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrator for Cornerstone Learning & Performance
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in medium-to-large organizations in an LMS, application, help desk, or training support capacity
• Strong background in customer support or client management
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with web conferencing tools, especially MS Teams, GoToMeeting, or WebEx
• Home-based position
• Reliable computer access provided (additional computer available if necessary)
