This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Serving as a reliable HR partner for both managers and employees, primarily in Luxembourg and partially in Germany.
β’ Assisting throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
β’ Preparing payroll information and ensuring precise transfer to external payroll providers.
β’ Collaborating closely with payroll providers, governmental authorities, and pertinent institutions (such as social security and tax offices).
β’ Drafting employment contracts, contract modifications, and HR-related documentation.
β’ Providing guidance to managers on labor law issues and HR best practices in Luxembourg and Germany.
β’ Supporting employee relations by managing individual cases and addressing performance matters.
β’ Ensuring efficient HR administration and upholding employee data within HR systems (Personio).
β’ Contributing to the execution and ongoing enhancement of HR policies and procedures.
β’ Overseeing recruitment processes as needed in close collaboration with the Senior Recruiter and Hiring Managers (for low-volume, non-continuous hiring).
β’ Assisting with onboarding and initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement.
β’ Working together with the larger HR team across various locations.
β’ Maintaining a regular on-site presence in Luxembourg to support the local organization, along with flexible remote work options.
β’ Several years of experience in a generalist HR position (such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Personalreferent).
β’ Strong understanding of labor law and HR practices, preferably in Luxembourg and/or Germany.
β’ Practical experience in payroll preparation and coordination with external providers.
β’ Exceptional administrative and organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
β’ A pragmatic and solution-focused approach to challenges.
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
β’ High levels of reliability, ownership, and confidentiality.
β’ Proficient in German and English (French is an advantage).
