This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.
• Collaborate with the COO in our Rx Operations divisions to develop and implement personnel strategies that align with long-term business goals.
• Provide consultation on team structures, succession planning, and workforce scaling to ensure we have suitable talent in the right roles as we expand.
• Drive the annual performance cycle, manage compensation reviews, talent development, and other core personnel initiatives to identify and nurture our future leaders.
• Partner with and coach people managers in retail pharmacy and fulfillment to foster excellence in people leadership.
• Lead and address high-level employee relations issues, conducting comprehensive investigations and coaching managers to promote a healthy, compliant work environment.
• Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount) to identify trends and offer proactive solutions to the executive team.
• Serve as a champion for Fuze Health’s culture, ensuring our values are embedded in the employee lifecycle and spearheading initiatives that enhance employee experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive professional HR experience, including at least 5 years in a dedicated HRBP Leadership role.
• Experience in High-Growth Tech or Healthcare/Life Sciences is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives.
• In-depth understanding of the operations of a global healthcare company.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; comfortable challenging senior leaders and influencing decision-making at the executive level.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, 'builder' environment where you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly as the business evolves.
