This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Design and execute HR processes, practices, and programs for the organization.
• Ensure proactive planning and efficient execution of talent acquisition and performance management strategies.
• Conduct exit interviews and assess data for HR enhancements.
• Support leaders in crafting job descriptions and conducting compensation analyses.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for timely approvals and immigration procedures.
• Anticipate and address employee relations challenges effectively.
• Execute strategies for employee and leadership development.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner position.
• Proficient understanding of employment law.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel minimally (one to two trips per year).
