Talent Evaluator – Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct hiring that aligns with company values and reject qualified candidates who do not fit the alignment criteria.

• Implement my guidelines (requirements, skills, assessment criteria, sample questions) for efficient hiring processes.

• Independently conduct interviews and assess: depth of skills, clarity of thought, sense of ownership and accountability, as well as communication and ability to follow instructions.

• Provide evidence-based evaluation reports with definitive recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in hiring or recruiting.

• Exceptional evaluation and questioning skills that extend beyond mere CV analysis.

• Capability to assess alignment and execution rather than relying solely on confidence.

• Proficient in clear written communication and structured thinking.

• Strong ethical principles — avoiding shortcuts or favoritism in the hiring process.
