This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to enhance and simplify the interview and onboarding processes.
• Efficiently schedule candidate interviews and coordinate logistics in a timely manner.
• Oversee the candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Assist candidates through a detailed recruitment process utilizing skills, tools, and data.
• Facilitate the creation of job postings and offers, as well as onboarding support.
• Create scalable processes and resources to boost efficiency while preserving a personal touch.
• Foster strong relationships with recruiting colleagues and cross-functional partners.
• Engage in proactive and professional communication with stakeholders.
• Aid in the standardization and documentation of the hiring process.
• Conduct background and reference checks.
• Provide scalable sourcing solutions to establish a strong talent pipeline.
• Perform proactive sourcing for candidates across various roles and departments, with a focus on passive candidates.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and Boolean searches to discover and connect with qualified candidates.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Work with the Talent Manager on sourcing strategies for challenging positions.
• Evaluate and screen resumes for qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in recruiting coordination and sourcing within a global organization, preferably in a USA startup.
• Knowledge of ATS, HRIS, scheduling tools, and LinkedIn sourcing techniques.
• Proven accountability, ownership, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities.
• A creative, inquisitive, flexible, meticulous, and thoughtful approach to tasks.
• Objective and skilled in conflict resolution.
• Passionate about process improvement and enhancing both partner and candidate experiences.
• Experience in driving innovative process improvements and facilitating change management.
• Proficient in English and Russian.
• Based within European time zones (GMT 0 to GMT+4).
