This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Assist in physician recruitment efforts by organizing interview schedules, communicating with candidates, and managing candidate pipelines.
• Oversee operations and corporate recruiting tasks, including job postings, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and monitoring candidate progress.
• Regularly update and maintain the Paylocity Applicant Tracking System.
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR team members to enhance recruitment workflows.
• Prepare and distribute materials for interviews and communications with candidates.
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates through prompt and professional communication.
• Aid in the creation and dissemination of job advertisements across various platforms.
• 1–3 years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or Assistant position.
• Strong ethical standards, sound judgment, and the capacity to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Capability to build rapport and engage effectively with personnel, vendors, and business partners.
• Timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with database systems, organizational chart software, and report generation.
• Experience with SmartSheets or the ability to quickly learn it.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Paylocity is highly preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check, including a credit check, with a clean DMV report.
• Knowledge of or experience with California Labor Law is preferred.
• A combination of academic education, professional training and development, and relevant work experience that showcases the ability to perform essential functions may be considered.
