Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create recruitment materials and advertise job openings on suitable job boards.

• Identify and recruit candidates through databases and social media platforms.

• Evaluate candidate resumes and job applications.

• Conduct interviews utilizing various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods.

• Assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

• Monitor and implement best practices in HR recruiting.

• Serve as a point of contact and foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.

• Promote the company's brand effectively.

• Collaborate consistently with the Talent Acquisition Leader and Hiring Managers.

• Anticipate future hiring needs and develop a candidate pipeline.

• Attract candidates via social media networks and employee referrals.

• Assist in ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent while developing a robust talent pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Shift: 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Fully remote position based in Chicago, IL.

• Proven experience working as a Recruiter.

• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes.

• Capability to conduct various types of interviews.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, with Paylocity experience being a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to represent the company and its open positions positively to potential candidates.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Three-month contract assignment.
