This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial intake to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, departmental heads, and hiring managers to create workforce strategies and hiring plans.
• Establish proactive talent pipelines across scientific, clinical, regulatory, commercial, and corporate sectors.
• Execute candidate evaluations to assess technical skills, leadership potential, industry expertise, and cultural alignment.
• Conduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industries.
• Identify passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, industry associations, scientific networks, conferences, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Provide guidance to hiring leaders regarding compensation trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
• Organize interviews while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Assist in employer branding efforts and talent attraction initiatives.
• Track recruiting activities and reporting within ATS and CRM systems.
• Provide recruiting analytics, hiring forecasts, and updates to executives on progress.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, CRO, or life sciences sectors.
• Proven track record in recruiting scientific, clinical, regulatory, quality, and commercial professionals.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, GCP, GMP, GLP, and regulated healthcare environments.
• Experience in supporting both clinical-stage and commercial-stage organizations.
• Strong skills in sourcing and talent mapping.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and contemporary recruiting technologies.
• Excellent management of stakeholder relationships and consultative communication skills.
• Capability to handle multiple recruitment searches concurrently in a dynamic, highly regulated setting.
