Talent Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Foster relationships and collaborate with Heads, Tech Partners, and Tech Heroes to comprehend hiring needs and team objectives.

• Actively participate as a member of the hiring team for all digital initiatives, working on a diverse range of roles including engineering, product, and beyond.

• Oversee the complete hiring cycle, from sourcing (with assistance from Tech Sourcers) to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.

• Adhere to all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, both internally and externally, including GDPR and ISO compliance.

• Assist Tech Sourcers by providing guidance on optimal sourcing practices and techniques.

• Represent Zartis to the highest standards to enhance the Zartis brand and improve candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in tech recruitment or talent acquisition, whether in-house or on the agency side.

• Solid comprehension of the technology landscape, or the capability to rapidly acquire it, with a demonstrated ability to evaluate technical profiles across a wide array of engineering disciplines.

• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in ATS tools (experience with Lever is advantageous) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and compliance (GDPR, ISO).

• A proactive, candidate-centered approach with the ability to work independently within a distributed team.

• Strong professional proficiency in English, along with fluency in at least one additional language.
