Talent Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Works closely with client groups, Senior Talent Consultants, and People Operations business partners to grasp requirements, responsibilities, and desired qualifications for open positions.

• Analyzes data and records to identify and select potential candidates.

• Evaluates candidates and chooses qualified, interested individuals for interviews, facilitating connections with People Operations partners and hiring managers.

• Verifies candidate references and credentials, ensuring accuracy of experience and background.

• Advises candidates on the interview and hiring procedures.

• Follows up with clients or hiring managers post-interviews to assess the potential for placement and gathers feedback in cases of unsuccessful outcomes.

• Generates weekly and quarterly reports and develops presentations that outline recruitment progress.

• Organizes meeting venues, travel arrangements, and accommodations for candidates and company managers as needed.

• Ensures compliance with relevant EEO and employment laws and regulations.

• Develops candidate pipelines to enhance selection efficiency during periods of increased business activity.

• Continuously refines talent-assessment skills across various departments and organizational levels.

• Performs additional related duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a knack for conducting interviews.

• Strong organizational skills.

• In-depth knowledge of global employment laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, and other related statutes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of strategic talent assessment experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with Greenhouse is preferred.

• CIPD, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.

• SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
