Talent Care Specialist, MSP – Mexico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Process vendor invoices utilizing various client systems.

• Assist with questions related to invoices.

• Review vendor contracts, manage extensions, and liaise with vendors.

• Ensure consistently positive and engaging experiences for clients, vendors, and hiring managers.

• Respond swiftly to requests from vendor partners regarding invoices.

• Participate actively in weekly status meetings.

• Regularly meet or surpass weekly targets for invoice processing.

• Provide assistance for ad-hoc inquiries related to the Vendor Management System (VMS).

• Maintain data accuracy and consistency as a key responsibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.

• 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or procurement role.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• High attention to detail.

• Quick adaptability to learn and apply new technologies.

• Proven experience in developing and managing client relationships.

• Capability to act as a 'change agent.'

• Initiative to propose and implement new programs and processes.

• Ability to operate efficiently as an independent contributor.

• Excellent decision-making abilities.

• Strong capacity for effective multi-tasking.

• Experience managing large data sets with an analytical mindset.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
