• Implement a dynamic and creative sourcing strategy to discover outstanding talent

• Perform intricate internet searches utilizing a variety of tools and resources

• Network and develop candidate pools for a range of diverse positions

• Conduct telephone interviews and evaluate candidates

• Foster and maintain robust relationships with both clients and candidates
