This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Oversee the administration of enterprise talent programs, encompassing career pathing, succession planning, leadership development initiatives, and other strategic people initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure development programs align with company objectives.
• Assess and enhance enterprise people processes utilizing data, feedback, and industry best practices.
• Manage and administer the annual and mid-year performance management cycles.
• Oversee performance review timelines, communications, system administration, reporting, and completion tracking.
• Work alongside leaders to enhance the performance management process and improve employee experience.
• Create reporting and analytics on organizational performance trends.
• Facilitate calibration sessions and succession-planning discussions with leadership, including evaluating bench strength for key roles.
• Administer and uphold the compensation philosophy and governance framework.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on job architecture, job leveling, salary structures, bonus tiers, and market pricing.
• Assist in annual compensation planning and organizational design initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and metrics regarding organizational people health.
• Analyze trends in engagement, performance, compensation, and talent programs.
• Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• A minimum of 5 years of HR experience with direct ownership or administration of enterprise people programs.
• Experience managing an annual or mid-year performance management cycle from start to finish, including timelines, system administration, communications, and reporting.
• Background in supporting compensation governance, such as job architecture, leveling, salary structures, or market benchmarking, or close collaboration with a Total Rewards/Compensation function.
• Proven experience in creating reports or dashboards that highlight organizational trends for leadership audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, including direct engagement with executive leadership, to advance programs without formal authority.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting and meeting with leadership across various time zones, occasionally outside of standard business hours.
• Openness and capability to utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Preferred: Experience with Workday.
• Preferred: Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, monday.com, MS Project, or similar.
• Preferred: Experience within a multi-state, multi-unit organization with a significant number of hourly employees.
• Preferred: PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum, or compensation (CCP) certification.
• Preferred: Experience at a mid-sized company with 2,000–5,000 employees.
