HR People Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Provide support to specialists in addressing HR inquiries, assisting with current issues, and offering general HR consultations and support.

• Handle standard (non-complex and non-confidential) HR requests from managers.

• Assist HR Business Partners in executing employee lifecycle processes, including creating job profiles, personnel transfers, salary and role changes, long-term absences, terminations, exit interviews, performance reviews, and goal setting.

• Support internal recruitment, maintain employee preference databases, organize interviews, and prepare offers.

• Be responsible for onboarding employees, coordinating adaptation and orientation, conducting welcome presentations, and performing probation period checks.

• Conduct periodic assessments of people management quality and other employee interviews, collect analytics, and prepare proposals.

• Participate in the development and enhancement of policies and processes.

• Engage in HR projects according to business needs.

• Assist in organizing internal and business-oriented events.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of commercial experience in the HR field.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1).

• Knowledge of fundamental HR practices and tools.

• High level of emotional intelligence (EQ).

• Openness to new experiences, respectful, tolerant, supportive, and diplomatic attitude towards others.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
