Senior People Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders, managers, and staff in Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal to align the people strategy with overall business objectives.

• Serve as a resource and advisor to employees by providing clear HR processes.

• Enhance leadership capabilities and offer coaching and support throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Work alongside the wider People team and internal stakeholders on performance and talent assessments.

• Assist in compensation planning, performance evaluation, career development, and leadership coaching.

• Contribute to organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations.

• Promote high-performing teams and cultivate an inclusive, engaging workplace culture.

• Balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution across various projects and priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in HR.

• A minimum of 5 years as a People Business Partner supporting senior leadership in dynamic, scaling organizations.

• Extensive HR expertise.

• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment regulations and best practices.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to simplify complex, unclear situations into clear, actionable strategies.

• Data-driven mindset.

• Experience utilizing people metrics and insights to create and implement talent strategies that align with business objectives.

• Experience working with global, matrixed teams in the technology or SaaS sector (preferred).

• Previous experience collaborating with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teams (preferred).
