📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions up to G7 level, ensuring that hires meet high standards and align with business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to establish hiring strategies, set evaluation criteria, and facilitate seamless calibration through kickoff meetings.

• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to cultivate diverse talent pipelines and enhance overall hiring effectiveness.

• Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, providing timely feedback, and representing Wellhub as a professional brand ambassador.

• Evaluate recruitment metrics and data to pinpoint bottlenecks, streamline processes, and formally recommend improvements to boost the efficiency of the TA function.

• Ensure adherence to global labor laws, maintain internal SLAs, and guarantee data accuracy (cost centers, candidate stages, and budget alignment) within our ATS (Greenhouse).

• Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion by actively sourcing candidates from underrepresented groups and addressing biases throughout the selection process.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams (People Ops, OD&B) to ensure a smooth onboarding process and contribute to employer branding efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment in high-demand, fast-paced settings (such as startups or global corporations).

• Advanced Data Literacy: Exceptional proficiency in Excel (advanced level) and practical experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau for report generation and funnel metric analysis.

• AI Enthusiast: Strong familiarity and interest in Artificial Intelligence, with a proven record of utilizing AI tools to enhance daily TA tasks (e.g., writing job descriptions, candidate ranking, or sourcing).

• Analytical Mindset: Capability to utilize Market Intelligence and Talent Insights to recognize trends and support data-driven hiring decisions.

• Financial Acumen: Proven ability to reconcile candidate salary expectations with internal budgets and financial limitations.

• Systems Experience: Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems, with a strong preference for Greenhouse.

• Communication & Language: Proficiency in English is essential, as collaboration with global teams and stakeholders will be required.

• Soft Skills: A resilient, people-oriented professional with a growth mindset and a focus on problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
