Digital Analytics & Insights Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop the global measurement and analytics strategy that is closely aligned with the client’s overarching goals (such as reducing churn, optimizing ROI, and enhancing conversion rates).

• Propel the company’s analytical maturity forward by implementing an omnichannel vision that integrates data from both digital and physical channels, CRM, and paid advertising.

• Champion and oversee automation and advanced intelligence projects (including predictive modeling and machine learning) to forecast user behavior and tailor customer journeys.

• Ensure complete adherence to LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and Information Security through rigorous data governance frameworks.

• Present strategic outcomes, KPI forecasts, and structural insights directly to Directors and C-level executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established history of success in executive leadership positions (management level) within Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Digital Growth at large enterprises or technology consulting firms.

• Strong business insight with a comprehensive understanding of digital products, growth funnels, and financial metrics (LTV, Churn, ROI, CAC, Attribution).

• In-depth conceptual knowledge of contemporary cloud data architecture (Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery) and global tag/data governance.

• Proven capability to lead and manage high-performing teams and attract exceptional talent.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
