This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the analytical data requirements of the business unit.

• Manage intricate data projects and serve as a lead/resource for fellow Data Analysts.

• Facilitate the execution of claims audits through sampling, executive reporting, quality assurance/reconciliation, Power BI/dashboard support, automation validation, bot/AI enablement, and consistent management-ready analytics.

• Collaborate with audit, data analytics, IT, and business stakeholders to convert reporting, sampling, and automation requirements into repeatable data processes.

• Detect data issues, trends, process shortcomings, and opportunities for reporting enhancements; clearly communicate findings to management and assist in prompt resolution.

• Provide training and mentorship to other Data Analysts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in statistical analysis or data analysis.

• Proficient in SQL, including the extraction, joining, reconciliation, and validation of large datasets from enterprise data warehouse environments.

• Experience with Power BI, encompassing Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, workspace/report maintenance, refresh validation, access/security coordination, and service-account-based reporting processes.

• Strong preference for candidates with healthcare claims analytics experience.

• Familiarity with Snowflake, Teradata, MS SQL Server, EDW, or other similar enterprise data platforms.

• Strong focus on data quality and reconciliation.

• Preferred experience in supporting automation, ETL, API-based processes, C#, .NET, Python, Alteryx, or similar workflow/process-improvement initiatives.

• Capability to translate technical findings into clear, concise, management-ready explanations for audit leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
