Principal Data Analyst, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary analytics support for one or more product-focused delivery teams (PODs) within the Growth POD.

• Comprehend and interpret the factors influencing changes in performance metrics, linking them to OKRs, marketing strategies, clinical outcomes, and financial results.

• Analyze and interpret transactional business data, event-level product data, healthcare claims data, and other pertinent information to uncover trends and patterns.

• Present and visualize insights, trends, and performance metrics of initiatives and experiments to leadership.

• Create and document data models that facilitate KPI reporting and agentic analytics.

• Participate in innovative problem-solving with systematic solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

• Over 8 years of experience in analytics.

• Proficient in working with data warehouses, constructing models, writing high-quality SQL, and utilizing cloud databases (such as Google Cloud Platform).

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Tableau).

• Experience with dbt and in developing and scaling a dbt project.

• Knowledge of A/B experimentation methodologies.

• Experience in modeling marketing, transactional, and event-level product data.

• Ability to convert analytical results into actionable business recommendations.

• Experience employing AI tools and MCPs to expedite analytics tasks — from data exploration to insight generation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
