This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Define and manage the roadmap for advanced analytics capabilities, ensuring alignment of analytics investments with key priorities in Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Operations while driving measurable outcomes for the enterprise.
• Create analytics focused on patient journeys and evidence, utilizing longitudinal healthcare data, claims, prescriptions, specialty pharmacy, EHR, clinical trial data, real-world data, and other pertinent sources to pinpoint critical intervention moments, access obstacles, adherence issues, scientific insights, and clinical trial acceleration.
• Develop and implement analytics solutions that enhance omnichannel engagement, customer segmentation, campaign assessment, field effectiveness, medical interaction, and clinical trial acceleration.
• Oversee the creation and application of predictive models, machine learning functionalities, next-best-action strategies, and decision-support tools that foster more personalized, evidence-based, and efficient engagement as well as operational planning.
• Cultivate and promote the organization’s AI strategy for analytics, encompassing practical applications for generative AI, agentic AI, natural language interfaces, intelligent automation, and decision intelligence within Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Operations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as biostatistics, statistics, mathematics, economics, data science, computer science, or a related discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of total experience, with at least 10 years in advanced analytics, data science, commercial analytics, medical analytics, clinical operations analytics, business analytics, or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare, medical, clinical, and commercial data sources, including claims, prescriptions, specialty pharmacy, EHR, real-world data, clinical trial operations data, market access, and third-party syndicated datasets.
• Demonstrated experience in leading analytics projects that enhance commercial strategy, omnichannel engagement, patient journey insights, medical engagement, evidence generation, clinical trial feasibility, enrollment, site performance, customer targeting, segmentation, measurement, or predictive modeling.
• A proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across various teams including business, technology, data, legal, compliance, and vendors.
• A Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, economics, engineering, business analytics, computer science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
