📋 Description

• Conduct analyses, validate findings, and organize data to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Oversee and update existing dashboards, reports, and automation processes.

• Discover opportunities for process enhancements through data analysis and technology integration.

• Assist in the development of analytical solutions and automations utilizing various tools.

• Engage in the structuring, validation, and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Gather, cleanse, and prepare datasets for analysis.

• Work collaboratively with different teams to comprehend requests and translate them into actionable solutions.

• Evaluate new tools, artificial intelligence features, and methods to enhance efficiency in daily operations.

• Document processes, analyses, and initiatives that are created.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background or familiarity with data analysis and manipulation.

• Proficient in Power BI for constructing and maintaining dashboards.

• Knowledge of SQL for querying and data extraction.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

• Capability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.

• An analytical, organized mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert complex information into clear insights.

• A genuine curiosity about understanding the context behind the data.

• Awareness of AI tools and their applications in professional settings.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Python for data manipulation or automation tasks.

• Experience with Power Automate, n8n, or similar automation tools.

• Background in system integrations and automated workflows.

• Experience in utilizing AI for generating analyses, automations, or enhancing productivity.

• Involvement in academic projects, internships, or initiatives related to data analysis and problem-solving.
