Talent Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist a Talent Partner mainly with sourcing and managing candidate pipelines.

• Perform high-volume recruitment activities.

• Execute phone screenings to assess role and cultural fit.

• Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers and Talent Partners.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including the initiation and closure of requisitions.

• Organize interviews and dispatch calendar invitations.

• Administer the Dayforce ATS.

• Update candidate statuses and upload relevant reports.

• Create and sustain an active talent pool.

• Provide prompt endorsements and facilitate timely hiring to meet business needs.

• Collaborate with hiring teams to enhance the growth of a female-focused brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end, high-volume recruiting for 50 or more positions.

• Prior experience in a retail organization is preferred.

• Familiarity with retail roles is essential.

• Experience with platforms such as Indeed, SEEK, Dayforce, and Checkmate background check system.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Efficient with time management and capable of multitasking.
