Technical Advisor – Advanced Surgery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide training to surgical teams, which includes surgical technicians, nurses, operating room assistants, pharmacists, and surgeons in hospitals.

• Engage daily in medium- and high-complexity surgical procedures to assist with product preparation and application.

• Conduct weekly checks on product inventory within hospital pharmacies.

• Complete reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), which encompasses interactions with healthcare professionals (HCP), events, training sessions, and product participation.

• Meet with stakeholders to facilitate product standardization, portfolio expansion, and growth across various surgical specialties.

• Promote the complete product portfolio to enhance the product mix and meet individual or team objectives within the designated territory.

• Execute business strategies in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.

• Safeguard the positive image and long-term viability of the brand, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with strategic goals.

• Monitor surgical schedules to pinpoint potential procedures for product utilization.

• Document follow-ups related to surgical procedures.

• Ensure adherence to Baxter’s internal policies and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess knowledge of or experience with hospital products utilized in operating rooms.

• Hold a completed bachelor’s degree.

• Completed or currently enrolled in a surgical instrumentation course (preferred).

• Have a valid and active driver’s license.

• Experience in managing key accounts in Porto Alegre, Florianópolis, and Joinville.

• Background in managing a travel territory and sales performance.

• Experience in customer relationship management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time (approximately two weeks per month), with a base in Porto Alegre.

• Proactive demeanor and ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
