This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Offer tailored career guidance and planning support to the staff at Bendigo Health.

• Create and implement training and assessment programs for personnel governed by the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers Enterprise Agreement.

• Assist staff in navigating various career pathways.

• Foster relationships with educational institutions.

• Organize work experience opportunities for staff.

• Represent Bendigo Health at career expos and related events.

• Collaborate with both internal education teams and external training organizations.

• Ensure that development programs are in line with workforce requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2026 Flu Vaccination is required.

• Proof of full immunization record must be provided during the onboarding process if selected.

• A cover letter and current resume are necessary.

• Employees of Bendigo Health must submit their applications using their Bendigo Health email address.
