📋 Description

• Serve as the main contact for customers navigating both the online shop and physical retail outlets.

• Address intricate inquiries related to order status, product availability, and logistics at retail locations.

• Enhance customer satisfaction through tailored, professional, and efficient support for the Norwegian market.

• Support cross-channel retail promotions to guarantee a smooth experience for customers in both online and offline stores.

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions to facilitate continuous improvement in service quality.

• Work together with internal retail teams to resolve post-purchase issues and logistics inquiries.

• Play a role in expanding the brand's presence in the Nordics through proactive engagement and exceptional service.

• Native or fluent in Norwegian (both spoken and written).

• A valid EU passport (a requirement for this position).

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for the retail sector and exceptional customer care.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities with a capability to handle multiple retail-related tasks concurrently.

• Strong skills in digital retail platforms and contemporary communication tools.
