This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Team to assist in the recruitment process and enhance various full life cycle recruitment activities.
• Organize and schedule candidates for assessments, interviews, onsite visits, and other selection process tasks.
• Manage pre-employment processing and ensure accurate completion of all paperwork.
• Draft offer letters and facilitate background and reference checks.
• Maintain candidate files and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Lead additional postings for the internal recruitment team and work together on open requisition needs.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports while coordinating schedules and meetings.
• Create daily reports on candidate and recruiter activities.
• Monitor candidate activities and update candidate dispositions in applicant tracking systems.
• Carry out general office tasks, including responding to candidate/recruiter inquiries, filing, copying, and data entry.
• Demonstrated customer service mindset with a proactive "can do" approach.
• 1-2 years of office administration experience, ideally in an HR or staffing role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and commitment to completing projects promptly.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
