Specialized Talent Administrator, Coordinator, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Support the recruitment and interview processes.

• Conduct phone interviews and document candidate responses, assessing candidates based on job requirements.

• Create interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are thoroughly evaluated.

• Update candidate statuses in recruitment systems, including ATS and proprietary databases.

• Review applications received via the ATS promptly.

• Organize complex phone, video, and in-person interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers.

• Manage the offer process, which includes drafting and routing offer letters and presenting offers to candidates.

• Oversee candidate background checks, medical screenings, and reference verification processes.

• Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for candidates as needed.

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures.

• Accurately edit and post job positions to the ATS within designated timeframes.

• Manage the posting of roles to candidate sourcing channels administratively.

• Keep the recruitment team informed about progress and escalate any concerns or challenges.

• Provide metric and pipeline reporting.

• Offer additional administrative support to the recruitment team as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is preferred.

• At least 6 months of experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator is preferred.

• Experience in a business or office setting is necessary.

• Customer service or administrative experience is preferred.

• Strong competencies in recruitment administration are essential.

• A solid understanding of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in talent acquisition is highly preferred.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.

• Ability to prioritize and organize personal workload effectively.

• A commitment to providing a high level of customer service to colleagues and clients is essential.

• Presence in the country for remote work is required.
