This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Coordinate and schedule candidates for various selection process activities, such as assessments, interviews, and onsite visits.
• Oversee pre-employment processing, ensuring all paperwork is properly completed.
• Draft offer letters and facilitate the execution of background and reference checks.
• Maintain candidate files and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Lead additional postings for the internal recruitment team and collaborate on the requirements for open positions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports while coordinating schedules and meetings.
• Generate daily reports concerning candidate and recruiter activities.
• Monitor candidate activity and manage candidate dispositions in applicant tracking systems.
• Carry out general office tasks, including responding to candidate and recruiter inquiries, filing, copying, and data entry.
• Demonstrated customer service mentality with a proactive "can do" approach.
• 1-2 years of office administration experience, preferably within an HR or staffing context.
• Exceptional organizational skills and commitment to completing projects in a timely manner.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Profound understanding of and commitment to the principles of confidentiality.
• Capability to analyze and revise operating practices to enhance efficiency.
