This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Supervise and uphold central contract databases such as Jagger, Aravo, Blaze, and Smartsheet.
• Oversee supplier onboarding processes, including contracts, amendments, task orders, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and system setup in Blaze Address Book and Corrigo.
• Conduct audits and generate reports on Certificates of Insurance for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review, approve, and enact contract terms, amendments, and policy modifications.
• Manage transition strategies for both local and regional contracts.
• Communicate updates to suppliers and operations teams while monitoring correspondence and authorizations.
• Address contract-related inquiries from both client and JLL teams.
• Offer guidance on procurement processes and proactively address issues.
• Execute supplier performance evaluations, manage scorecards, and ensure adherence to contract compliance and service obligations.
• Demonstrated experience in contract administration, procurement, or supplier management in corporate or real estate settings.
• In-depth knowledge of contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, and administering amendments and task orders.
• Proficient in contract management systems and tools; familiarity with Jagger, Aravo, Blaze, Smartsheet, or Corrigo is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in managing multi-site or portfolio-level contracts within facility management or commercial real estate.
• Understanding of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and client-specific procurement policies.
• Background in developing and implementing process enhancements for contracting and sourcing functions.
• Experience in conducting supplier performance reviews and managing vendor scorecards.
• Knowledge of compliance auditing and best practices in risk management.
• Proven ability to handle large volumes of data with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Certificate of Insurance (COI) requirements and compliance standards.
