This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Assist tamariki and whānau in reaching their maximum potential.
• Provide administrative support at Central Kids Hinemoa.
• Collaborate with and advocate for tamariki.
• Uphold partnerships based on Te Tiriti o Waitangi and promote Te Reo Māori me ona Tikanga.
• Foster a culture of health, safety, aroha, mana, tiaki, and manaaki.
• Work collaboratively with the team while also being able to operate independently as needed.
• Proficient administrative skills and confidence in using technology.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Logical reasoning abilities to facilitate problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capacity to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
• Proven skills in time management and organization.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop.
• Knowledge of Tiriti-based partnerships with tamariki and whānau.
• Commitment to Te Ao Māori, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and Te Reo Māori me ona Tikanga.
• Intermediate level of computer literacy.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience or similar transferable skills.
• Eligibility to work in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
