This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment goals.

• Conduct preliminary assessments and interviews with candidates.
• Build enduring relationships with applicants.
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable recruitment experience.
• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Expertise in social media, candidate sourcing, and networking tools.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Time Commitment: A minimum of 30 hours per week.
