This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Lead, oversee, and guide the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring objectives.
• Formulate and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored for GCC markets.
• Handle the complete recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions.
• Track team performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure consistent outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
• Enhance recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experiences.
• Ensure the maintenance of high-quality candidate pipelines and prompt hiring.
• Generate reports and analytics related to recruitment performance.
• Located in the Philippines (Fully Remote Role).
• Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead or Senior Recruiter.
• Extensive experience in the GCC market is essential.
• Proficient command of English (C1 – C2 level).
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience in high-volume and/or specialized hiring.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
