This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee, guide, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring objectives.
• Formulate and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored for GCC markets.
• Handle the complete recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions.
• Track team performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure steady outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to comprehend hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Enhance recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experiences.
• Maintain high-quality candidate pipelines and ensure timely recruitment.
• Generate reports and analytics on recruitment performance.
• Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead or Senior Recruiter.
• Significant experience in the GCC market is essential.
• Excellent proficiency in English (C1 – C2 level).
• Strong leadership capabilities and team management skills.
• Experience in high-volume and/or specialized recruitment.
• Capacity to operate in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise.
