Talent Acquisition Specialist, Vietnam

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Manage the entire recruitment process with an average of 8-10 job openings simultaneously, continuously refining processes and monitoring data.

• Actively seek out talent and create talent pipelines through effective use of social media and other innovative recruitment methods.

• Partner with Hiring Managers to craft job descriptions, interview questions, and assessments tailored for each role.

• Identify and attract potential candidates through diverse channels, including social media platforms and professional networks.

• Ensure a consistent and standardized recruitment process while pinpointing the most effective channels to secure top talent for the organization.

• Continuously enhance networks and partnerships to actively cultivate a database of candidates and promote the company's ATS brand.

• Evaluate and analyze key recruitment metrics and offer insights for enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.

• 3-5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience in IT-related sectors.

• Strong enthusiasm for recruiting and identifying top talent in a competitive landscape using LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources.

• Familiarity with ATS or Business Intelligence tools is advantageous.

• Proficient in situational and behavioral interviewing techniques.

• Able to work independently in a highly collaborative and dynamic work environment.
