Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technology/IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process independently.

• Actively source potential candidates.

• Advertise job openings and handle the candidate selection process.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

• Manage around 10–15 open positions concurrently.

• Establish and nurture relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Focus on recruitment primarily within the Technology sector and the Polish market.

• Hire for roles including software engineers, Java developers, Kotlin developers, data engineers, Big Data specialists, AI/Machine Learning specialists, product managers, and positions related to Developer Experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT recruitment.

• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and hiring software developers, data engineers, Big Data specialists, and Machine Learning/AI professionals.

• Strong grasp of the IT market and technical vocabulary.

• Capability to manage recruitment processes independently without training in technology recruitment basics.

• Experience managing a high volume of recruitment projects at the same time.

• Advanced skills in sourcing candidates.

• Excellent organizational and execution abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet SLA deadlines.

• Proficiency in Polish is required.

• Good command of English, approximately at B2 level.

• Immediate availability is preferred, ideally with no extended vacation plans during August and September.
